Monkey Hugz is a home-based business.  As such, we ship packages every Monday and Thursday by either UPS or USPS.  This means your package should leave our hands within 3-4 business days. Items that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer will typically arrive within 5 days, except for most mattresses, which may take two weeks or longer to arrive.  

We do not offer overnight and same day shipping, as these are extremely resource intensive means of getting your goods to you.  If, however, you find yourself in a pinch and need to arrange a different shipping scenario, please give us a call at 303-279-0702, or email us at jandh@monkeyhugz.com . 

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $100 except for mattresses (including crib). If you are local to Golden, Colorado, you may arrange for local pick-up at the Golden Naturopthic Clinic in downtown Golden.  Please choose the Local Pick Up option for shipping method upon checkout and we will coordinate with you via email.
